We’ll send you an email one week before your next box ships, which will give you the chance to make any updates to your order. For example, if you want to change your delivery date or delivery address, add any extra items to your order or skip this next box if your freezer is too full or you’re going on vacation.
If you click the “Update Order” button in the email, it will take you to your Crowd Cow account so you can view your next box and make any changes or additions to it.
If you click the “Add To Order” button in your email, you will then be able to add items to your order before your card is charged (this will be two days before we ship out your order). You can scroll down the page to find a list of suggested items to add to your order, or shop for items as normal by searching the site for what you’d like to add. When you find an item you’d like to add, just click the “Add to Box” button to add this item to your next membership box delivery.
You can then confirm that your extra items have been included with your next recurring delivery by going back to the membership section of your account here.
