Your card will be charged one box at a time, starting approximately 1 hour after completing checkout. You can modify or cancel your first order within that window. Changes made after that time can be requested by contacting Customer Care at moo@crowdcow.com and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
For subsequent recurring membership boxes, your credit card will only be charged the day before we pack and ship out your next membership box. We’ll send you several emails and text messages to give you plenty of time to reschedule or modify your recurring boxes before your card is charged.
