Customers that have referred new users will not receive their $25 credit until the new customer's order has shipped. The new customer will have the $25 credit applied to their first order.
If your referral has had their order shipped already and you’re still not seeing it, please contact Crowd Cow Customer Care here and provide the email address linked to your Crowd Cow account, and the full name or email of the person you referred to Crowd Cow.
