We ensure the quality of our beef through extensive taste-testing before launching a farm and then constantly monitoring customer feedback on both taste and tenderness to keep only the best farms on our platform.
USDA grading isn’t feasible for us given the size of the farms we work with since the USDA charges a significant price to have an approved grader at the processing plant. This really only works for very high throughput industrial processors doing as many as 200 beef per hour.
