According to the CDC and FDA, there are currently no known reports or evidence of virus transmission through food or food packaging. In general, there is poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces and therefore there is a very low risk of the virus spreading from food products or packaging that are shipped over days or weeks at our frozen temperatures. Coronaviruses need a host (animal or human) to grow in and cannot grow in food. Even if the coronavirus is present in your food, it will be destroyed with proper cooking.
Good food safety practices continue to be important during this time, and it is recommended to wash hands and surfaces often, separate raw meat from other foods, cook to the right temperature and refrigerate foods promptly when handling or preparing foods.
