Not to worry if the dry ice in your box is gone! As long as the meat is still partially frozen or very cold to the touch, the meat is perfectly safe.
If the product is frozen, but arrives without any dry ice, this is actually an ideal scenario. It means we packed enough dry ice to get the product to you safely, but that it all sublimated before it reached you, so you won't have to handle the incredibly cold dry ice.
