If this is your first order as a new member, your payment will process one hour after creating your order. All other orders process their payment within 48 hours of the order fulfilling. To cancel your order before payment has been processed, navigate to Your Account and view Your Orders.
From there, click on the order you would like to cancel, if payment has not yet been processed, there will be an option to "Cancel Order".
